This page contains the terms we do business under, unless we state otherwise.
We advice that you read this through when you plan to do business with us, either as an end user or a an event organizer.
- We do not allow the re-sale of tickets, but see next item.
- We do not allow the re-sale of tickets, unless you sell it to one of your friends, family or someone you trust, but see next item.
- You can not really sell a ticket, so if buy a ticket from someone that is not your friend, then he can easily cheat you by making someone else the user, but see next item.
- If you have too many tickets we will refund you the purchase price, less the ticket fee, note however that not all tickets are refundable and closer to the event refunding tickets may be impossible as well.
- All tickets are virtual, we will not post you paper tickets.
- All physical items (unless otherwise stated) will be handed out at the event, they were bought in connection with, we will not send anything to you.
