This privacypolicy should explain what we do with your email address (and other personal details) and why it is important to you (and us, because we want to help you) to keep your registered email up to date.
First of all: We will never give anyone your email address, unless you tell us to.
Of course, if you buy a ticket to an event, that event gains access to your information necessary to host the party, and to contact you later.
Your personal information is only there in case have won a competetion, you might get an announcement in time for the next event, in either case you will not be in any doubt who or why someone will be getting some of your details.
We do, however, send you emails to notify you of problems or other interesting facts, like:
- Orders that need to be paid before they get canceled.
- Orders that were waiting for all the items to become available, that are ready for you to order.
- One or more of your tickets have some problem with them (no user or no reservation)
- You have another problem with your account (we might owe you money or you might owe us money).
- Something has happened that you told us to tell you about (new parties, for example)
Because email is the only way we can communicate with you about problems affecting you, it is pretty important that you have a working email address, that is also the reason that we verify all changes to the email address.
We do ask for your home and email address and other personal info, we use this only to service you and it will not be used for marketing.
We will however use some data in non-personal statistics, to help our customers.
